Only wish I could have been there to celebrate with all of you sexy cats!

It was a fun night – I wish you could have been there, Emme.
We won a 2nd runner up for best business blog (BuildDirect), which is nice since I’ve put a lot of work in to the company blogs over this last year. It’s nice to know that someone is reading, and that maybe we’ll get a few more visits too.
But, the point for me was meeting all of the talented bloggers there are here in Vancouver. It’s almost illegal that we seem to have all of the A players centred here. Yet, the community is tight, more like a group of pals rather than just industry peers or hobbyists. I feel pretty lucky to be in social media here in Vancouver, in my small way. There are a lot of people to admire here, and to learn from too.
Cheers!
Rob.

Very well said Rob! And congratulations on BuildDirect!

I second Rob’s comment – it sounds almost illegal that we have all the A listers and all the Sexy in Vancity bloggers! (well, almost all of them are here!)
Much love!
