Really what better way is there to start a day then listen to Kermit the Frog and Jian Ghomeshi talk about nakedness.
Sadly only one of the men was naked.

Bubbling over with excitement for tonight’s Ron Sexsmith Show at the Rio Theatre, and Radio Q just made the anticipation that much worse with this Love Shines exclusive …
Yes, I know we were suppose to be reporting on InSecurity Star Richard Yearwood incognito, but you know how Raul Pacheco is … before I knew it, we were anchoring the CBC Vancouver News.
So Raul … what were you saying about George Stroumboulopoulos? Dish my dear hummingbird604! I’m waiting!
I’m not your star struck, crazed fan, celebrity stalking kind of girl (at least not unless your name is Richard Yearwood), but I did wander over to Burnaby’s Metrotown on a rainy Saturday (which is arguably an absolutely an insane thing to do if you are crowd phobic like me) to check out #CBCLive. Mainly to support Richard and his InSecurity co-star, Natalie Lisinska, and see if we could get Richard to blush with the Playboy Pics we found of him to sign.

My poster, yet somehow it's Raul's chest where the signing occurs. Good thing for Raul that I absolutely adore him.
Boy, am I ever glad I did, as hummingbird604 and I had an absolutely hilarious time, and met some truly lovely folks. I’d say we mauled Richard, but truth be told, it was he who was doing the kissing and who exposed Raul for the man he is.
Enjoy the pics of Richard, Raul and I, along with a few of our new friends – Garfield Wilson and Mike Veinot of Village on a Diet, and Michael Seater and Stacey Farber of 18 to Life (who sadly we didn’t get a chance to talk to, but whom have beautiful smiles):
Not sure where #CBCLive is next, but wherever it is, it’s a great way to spend a Saturday, especially if you relish in the ridiculous.
Kisses,
Emme xoxo
Who’s Richard Yearwood? Aside from a one time Linus in a Grade School Production of a Charlie Brown Christmas Special and the voice of Donkey Kong, he’s one of my best friends and a man I absolutely love and adore. Oh and he occasionally directs my silly street videos. When Richard’s behind the camera, everyone wants to share their stories with us.
It is his in front of the camera work that I want to highlight just now though, as this gorgeous beast is just about to be a leading man (Benjamin N’udu) in the CBC Series InSecurity that is coming out in January. Here’s a little teaser:
… and *umph* seeing Richard in HD is a tease indeed!
At any rate, if you, like me, are dying for more (or just want to stalk him), not to worry as I have been teaching Richard to use social media. You can find him on:
I just now need to teach him that ‘u’ and ‘r’ are not real words. RICHARD!!! Next thing you know, he’ll be saying he’s ‘good’, rather than ‘well’.
Oh and InSecurity just sprouted up online too with a fan page of their own.
Kisses,
Emme xoxo
