Concussion Confirmed

June 6, 2012 By Emme Rogers 3 Comments

Well, I guess it wasn’t all in my head (or maybe it is), as according to the professionals I do indeed have a concussion.  It would seem that a headache persisting for a week and a half straight is not normal. Who knew!?!

So if you happen to notice any of the symptoms below in me, please send me to the hospital immediately. And if you start exhibiting similar symptoms, you might want to consider a visit yourself, especially if you’ve hit your head too (although I don’t think they’d turn away anybody having convulsions and blood spurting from holes in their head, head injury or not).

The Moral of this Story? No, matter how much you enjoy being spun and dipped around a dance floor, use your head (no, not literally – that was my mistake), and avoid men doing shooters.  Better yet, stick to dance with Egyptian men that aren’t drinking.  Neither of them dropped me in my head, but boy, could they dance.  So if your line is, “I can’t dance, until I’ve had a few drinks.” – find a new line.

OMG this is fan-freakin-tastic! WEll not really I am sorry you bumped your noggin, but the whole PSA part is the best.

I would think that if I had multiple items on that list I would likely end up in the ER, or hungover. I think with the exception of items 7 and 9 it sounds like a good drunk.

    Feel better soon!

Yep, that’s why I didn’t go to the doctors right away. I had no idea what was a hangover and what was a concussion.

Sample the “Drink Me” Potion at Your Own Risk

Don't try to find a beginning or an end to this site, because there's not one. That will only cause you frustration and I don't have the money for your therapy bills. Mine are already expensive enough.
