Spring Has Sprung Happy Dance, Ottawa Style

Sprung an extra spring in my step this Monday Moving and Grooving, as it’s the first day of Spring and International Day of Happiness.  And really there is nothing that makes me happier than sunshine, flowers, good company, and DANCING!!!

So, for you dear friends a throwback to some happy days in the Spring sunshine on the streets of Canada’s capital, Ottawa, dancing our days away.  My apologies though, as the goofy moves below are all courtesy of Erica’s, as this time round I was playing the camera gal.  On the plus side, Erica’s superior level of incoordination is bound to give you a few smiles and chuckles!
